3PT WON'T LIFT LOADED BUT WILL UNLOADED ALL OTHER HYD. WORK FINELOOKING FOR SERVICE MANUAL, WILL REPAIR MYSELF BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IDEA OF STARTING POINT AND ALSO DOWN TIME FOR PARTS

Suggest doing the simple stuff first: after making sure you have tractor hydraulic fluid in your trans.( and nothing heavier) locate the internal "final filter" located on the lower left side of the trans. housing.It lurks underneath a cap held down with two bolts. The cap is about 3 1/2" across as I recall. Be aware that as you loosen the cap, it is under slight spring tension, and you will lose great amounts of oil. After you work the cylinder shaped metel screen filter out of its cavity, you will need to remove the paraffin build-up (it may not be noticable) with a propane hand held torch. This wax build-up prevents 3 pt. efficiency. Hope this helps. Feel free to e-mail me if I can help further.ntyou need anything ....
